A rebate is a credit paid to a buyer of a portion of the amount paid for your new home. First off you will need a signed Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement which I will provide. You must disclose to new home Agent that you are being represented Kerry Henry. Up to 1% back on New construction home in Florida Panhandle. Funds you will receive come out of Buyers Agent commission. The builder pays agents commission. My service are free to you!
What if I want to preview Homes from out of state?
You don't have to be local to purchase a home. I can do Facetime or Zoom video conferencing. I can provide Drone footage at no charge. Title company will coordinate everything. You can sign closing documents with notary,title company, attorney in your hometown.
Flying into ECP Panama City FL Airport?
ECP is approximately 4 miles from Latitude Margaritaville Watersound. 10 mIles to S Walton 30A area. I will be happy to pick you up at airport.

I recommend Zillow, Realtor.com. Cpar.us In most cases for New Homes its best to search Zillow. Builders don't always list their homes with local MLS.
